Machining 1

Customized according to drawings and quantities
Material properties are compatible with processing
Stainless steel (304/316L) : Strong corrosion resistance, suitable for medical, food equipment and chemical pipelines. CNC machining requires controlling the cutting speed (60-100m/min), using hard alloy tools and coolant to avoid work hardening. Five-axis linkage can process complex curved surfaces (such as valve sealing surfaces).
Aluminum alloy (6061/7075) : Lightweight and with good thermal conductivity, it is used in aerospace, automotive structural components, and electronic casings. High-speed milling (300-800m/min) reduces deformation, combined turning and milling processing improves efficiency, and corrosion resistance is enhanced after anodizing.
Iron/carbon steel (Q235/45# steel) : High strength and low cost, suitable for structural components, gears, and shaft parts. The roundness error of CNC lathe processing is ≤0.01mm, and grinding can achieve a high-precision surface with Ra≤0.2μm.
Titanium alloy (TC4) : High strength and excellent biocompatibility, used in aero engine blades and medical implants. Low cutting force process (low-speed turning +CBN tools) is required to prevent work hardening, and five-axis linkage is suitable for complex flow channel structures.
PEEK: Heat-resistant (260℃), wear-resistant, and biocompatible, suitable for bearings, seals, and medical implants. Special tools (such as PCD) and low-temperature cooling are required to avoid thermal deformation.

Characteristics and applications of processing methods
CNC lathe: Efficient processing of rotary body parts (shafts, discs), such as automotive crankshafts and hydraulic cylinder blocks, with dimensional tolerances ranging from IT5 to IT7.
Turning and milling compound: Complete multiple processes such as turning, milling and drilling in one clamping, improving accuracy (coaxiality ≤0.01mm), suitable for complex parts (such as pump bodies and valves).
Three-axis CNC: Planar, hole system and groove processing, suitable for simple structural components (such as flanges and brackets), low cost and high efficiency.
Four-axis/five-axis CNC: Four-axis rotary machining (such as cylindrical surface milling), five-axis linkage (such as blades, medical joints) to achieve complex curved surfaces (tolerance ±0.02mm), reducing the number of clamping operations.
Five-axis linkage: A core process for aero engine blades, turbine discs, and complex molds, with a small heat-affected zone and a surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm.
Spindle through hole/Dual spindles: The spindle through hole supports the processing of long bar stock, and the dual spindles synchronously enhance efficiency (such as in the batch production of automotive parts), making it suitable for high-precision requirements scenarios.
Vertical lathe: It is used for processing large disc-shaped parts (such as wind power flanges and pressure vessel end covers), with diameters up to several meters. Vertical processing reduces deformation.
General mechanical processing: basic processes such as milling, drilling, grinding, and electrical discharge machining (EDM), suitable for non-standard parts, prototype making, and post-processing (such as polishing and surface treatment).
