CF Square Flange

Customized according to drawings and quantities
Technical features and standards
Materials and structure: The main body is made of 304/316L stainless steel or aluminum alloy, and the surface is treated with anodic oxidation/electroplating. The knife-edge sealing design is combined with oxygen-free copper/silver-plated gaskets, with a temperature resistance range of -200℃ to 450℃, suitable for extreme environments.
Standard system: Complies with standards such as ASTM, ISO, and DIN. Size specifications include CF16/CF35/CF63, etc. (Outer diameters range from 1.5 inches to 6 inches). Flange thickness, hole diameter, and bolt spacing can be customized.
Sealing principle: When the bolt is tightened, the cutting edge cuts into the gasket, forming a metal-metal seal to ensure no leakage. It is suitable for ultra-high vacuum scenarios.

Customized requirements and parameter adaptation
Size customization: The outer diameter, hole diameter, thickness, number and spacing of bolts can be adjusted as required to adapt to special installation Spaces or interface requirements.
Material selection: 304/316L stainless steel (corrosion-resistant), aluminum alloy (lightweight). Surface treatment options include anodizing or electroplating.
Sealing materials: oxygen-free copper gasket (ultra-high vacuum), silver-plated gasket (anti-adhesion), fluororubber (chemical corrosion resistant), selected according to temperature/vacuum degree requirements.
Connection method: Fixed flange (integral type), rotatable flange (loose fit design), supports through holes or threaded holes, compatible with bolt/clamp clamping.
Special designs: blind plates, observation Windows, magnetic fluid sealing devices, adapters (such as CF-KF/ISO transitions), etc., to meet specific functional requirements.

Application scenarios
Scientific research and laboratory: Sealed connections of vacuum chambers, mass spectrometers, and electron microscopes.
Semiconductor manufacturing: vacuum evaporation, physical vapor deposition (PVD), and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment.
Aerospace: Satellite propulsion systems, spacecraft vacuum test platforms.
Medical equipment: Vacuum components for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and electron microscopes.
Industrial field: vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum drying equipment.
